ea8c8ec7da Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.

This includes ports
 - with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
 - with USES=fortran,
 - using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
 - with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
   c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now.

37628a8f04 Drop python 2.7 support
This port requires numpy<=1.16 for python 3.4 and below. Since we have py-numpy 1.16.4, drop python 2.7 support.

from setup.py:
numpy_required_version = 'numpy<=1.16' if sys.hexversion <0x3050000 else 'numpy>=1.7'

b132d22e3a Add py-tiledb 0.4.1
TileDB is an efficient multi-dimensional array management system which
introduces a novel format that can effectively store dense and sparse array data
with support for fast updates and reads. It features excellent compression, an
efficient parallel I/O system for high scalability, and high-level APIs
including Python, R, Golang and more.

TileDB-Py is the official Python interface to TileDB.
