f83c7639aa Remove libintl.so.9 compatibility link that was added in r374303 to 
prevent massive PORTREVISION bumps.  Bump dependent ports that have not
been bumped since.

090059a210 Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext. 
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

a01296839a Changes in release 1.3.11: 
Fixed: the bug in setting the color for the button labels and display
glyphs.  Now, calcoo DOES take this color from the current GTK+
scheme.

2c5bd39d86 Update to 1.3.10.
