* Backport the fix from jdk17u so that --with-harfbuzz=system adds
-lharfbuzz when linking libfontmanager.so

The Experimental AOT and JIT Compiler were remove in OpenJDK17:
https://openjdk.java.net/jeps/410
Remove this configure argument as it causes build failure on aarch64:
configure: error: unrecognized options: --enable-aot
