53404616ab math/cado-nfs: fix build on non-amd64 
lingen_pz is installed only on amd64.

While here, rework endianness detection, since the current method uses plain
list of architectures. Since powerpc64le is little endian and POWER as whole
is set up in cado-endian.h as big-endian, it will result in runtime issues.

2c672a4de9 INSTALLS_ICONS: retire the macro and rework the related dependencies 
While here, make sure gtk-update-icon-cache is only on run dependency
where added as a dependency
Enforce gtk3 to depend on gtk-update-icon-cache (previously it was
inheriting the dependency)

98a1ae68be KDE: Update KDE Gear to 21.08.2 
Thursday, 7 October 2021

Over 120 individual programs plus dozens of programmer libraries and
feature plugins are released simultaneously as part of KDE Gear.

Today they all get new bugfix source releases with updated translations,
including:

   * kmail: Fix an infinite SSL error dialog loop
   * konqueror: Make it compatible with KIO 5.86.0 and don’t open every
     URL in a new window
   * libksane: Fix multi page detection with certain scanners

85cf6ca33a math/octave-forge-zeromq: Add missing USE=pkgconfig 
The configure script uses pkg-config to find the libzmq lib.

It fixes the following error:
configure: error: octave zeromq package requires zeromq library

a71f654143 math/gh-bc: update to version 5.1.0 
This version adds options and functions that allow to print numbers
in the open interval (-1 .. 1) with or without a leading 0 digit.

Additionally, an option has been added to prevent line wrap and
allows to print arbitrarily long results on a single line.
