- This Rust release comes with LLVM 10. Drop the LLVM patches we
no longer need.
- On FreeBSD 13.0 powerpc64 set the elfv2 ABI explicitly in the
Rust target instead of patching LLVM.
- Build LLVM with Ninja. It can shorten the build time slightly.
- Force rebuild all consumers to catch regressions early

Oh My Zsh is an open source, community-driven framework for managing your zsh
configuration. Port version has install, uninstall, and upgrade functionalities
removed. Internal paths are adjusted to allow multiple users to use Oh My Zsh

shells/fish is built using CMake and requires the FindCurses module. Unless
CURSES_NEED_NCURSES=TRUE, shells/fish will always be built against ncurses
from base, even when devel/ncurses is already installed.
This change has no effect for packages built from Poudriere, which will not
install devel/ncurses when building fish.

* Ports that doesn't know Python flavors.
- Add several patches to fix Sphinx consumers
The most common issues are related with pkg-plist, the output
files from Sphinx changes between versions, keep this dynamically
is the better approach.
This will save time in future sphinx updates.

Upstream bug #6681 causes fish to run _very_ slowly inside of large
Subversion repositories. The bug will be fixed in release 3.1.1. But it's
worthwhile to cherry-pick the fix since all FreeBSD developers use large
Subversion repositories.

- Force rebuild all consumers to fix potential miscompilations with
1.41.0
- Enable SOURCES by default. The sources are indexed by RLS and
required for it to function properly, so they should be available
by default. This also makes sure we test the option properly.
- Remove implied --config=config.toml from x.py args
