e2fsprogs's misc/blkid utility would expect a /proc/partitions file
in a Linux-specific format. Add code to read the kern.geom.conftxt
sysctl(3) value instead, and adjust parser.
While here, patch /etc/blkid.tab location to ${ETCDIR}.

This port was used a one point for compiling u-boot ports
for the rk3399 but it's unneeded now.

Tuesday, 23 June 2020. Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma 5,
versioned 5.19.2. Plasma 5.19 was released in June 2020 with many feature
refinements and new modules to complete the desktop experience.
This release adds a week's worth of new translations and fixes from KDE's
contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and include:
* Fix KRunner positioning on X11 with High DPI and Qt scaling on Plasma.
* Fix case of monitored service in startplasma's shutdown.
* KSysGuard: Expose better size hints.

In older pkgconf, pkgconf --version and pkgconf --modversion were both
printing out the version of the .pc modules, for compatibility with freedesktop
pkg-config behaviour. This compatibility has been removed in order for pkgconf to
print its own version and modversion actually is the switch to ask for the module
version
