cf649469f2 Update poppler to 0.40.0. [1] 
Add patches to py-poppler [2] and rubygem-poppler [3] to fix the build
of these ports with poppler 0.39+.

3de0aabbd6 Pull in an upstream commit to fix the build with the upcoming Qt 5.5.1. 
Contrary to what the upstream commit message says, this is also required on
FreeBSD 10.

94817f0784 Add Public Domain support to ports license framework. You can now use 
LICENSE=  PD

Note that although Public Domain is not technically a license, it's
handled in the same way as licenses here, which is a common practice
(Arch, Gentoo, Fedora, Debian, even FOSSology do the same).

Convert all ports which redefine Public Domain LICENSE to LICENSE=PD.
