had both lines:
Author: ...
WWW: ....
So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.
Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.

- new size suffixes (e for exabytes, p for petabytes)
- integer overflow checking for size
- fix for roff syntax error in manual page
- Add URL
- Drop patch-file in favour of MAKE_ARGS
