Update Digikam, Digikamimageplugins to 0.7.4
...
These patches update graphics/digikam and
graphics/digikamimageplugins to version 0.7.4.
Two new ports are included: graphics/digikam-doc and
graphics/digikamimageplugins-doc. The documentation for these
ports is now split from the main program.
