7031d14847 databases/linux-oracle-instantclient-*: fix download link, take maintainer 
- The download link given in the IGNORE message was out-dated.
- ldconfig was not invoked so the shared libraries were not found
- taking maintainer

f5387617c9 Remove whitespace from line endings in pkg-plist files. 
Those spaces used to hinder searching for the corresponding files
with portsearch -f '/FILENAME$' for obvious reasons.
Although currently portsearch removes those spaces itself remove
them anyway.

InstantClient basics. Works with Oracle RDBMS 8.1.2+.
