75720f055f use neon28 instead of neon26 which is deprecated. neon26 gets only used, 
if neon26 is already installed (to prevent neon conflicting)

090059a210 Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext. 
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency

fc6f899691 Update to FLAC 1.2.1. This version includes two and a half years 
worth of changes and an altered API.

Bump the revision of all ports that depend on libFLAC and adapt to
the new API where necessary.  Some patches from Debian, Gentoo,
OpenBSD, and upstream repositories.

2007a50278 Fix build for users trying to upgrade audacious, by removing CPPFLAGS 
assignment from the port Makefile.  It was causing header conflicts
between the previously installed version and the port build.
