20ff0309ec net/avahi-app: Partially revert 3437a65039c6414376e2018349fa896a1f03c66c 
The previous change requires running autoreconf, which breaks a lot of things.
I'll patch the configure script instead in the upcoming commit, so leave
Netlink patches intact.

4f2957021d ftp/R-cran-curl: Fix test 
The cran.mk add --no-vignettes option to 'R CMD check' and it causes
error at test.
The pdflatex:print/tex-formats dependency causes the --no-vignettes
isn't included to options (see Uses/Mk/cran.mk).
Without --no-manual option the whole print/texlive-texmf package is
required.

e6330e8ee3 devel/electron{32,33}: support crc and crypto flags on aarch64, unmark BROKEN 
If CPU flags crc or crytpo are set, e.g. -march=armv8-a+crc+crypto,
build would fail with missing headers because this was only
implemented for glibc and Apple.
