Update to version 1.7.8
Fix build when MySQL logging is enabled

Restrict the distribution of saint's distfile or package.
PATCH update for the security port labrea Makefile. Just
changed the MASTER_SITES to point to the new download site.

Update fwbuilder to 1.0.10 RC5 and unlock BROKEN bit in the Makefile.
Pass maintainer's hat to Sergey Lyubka <devnull@uptsoft.com> who is
also the maintainer of libfwbuilder.
- adds an entry to amavisd.conf for the Fizzer worm because it fakes
the sender address (suggested by mutt@free.fr)
- set the log level back to 0, because apparently it was set to 2 by
mistake by the author (suggested by mutt@free.fr)
- Bump PORTREVISION
