17bb750c96 Don't run tests by default in my ports 
Yuzu tests frequently time out and didn't find r513863. More
comprehensive tests tend to have extra dependencies and are behind
non-default TEST option, anyway.

3d3f9451f1 - Switch to DISTVERSION and stop abusing PORTREVISION whenever minor 
version bumps; this also allows to drop DISTNAME
- Garbage-collect PKGMESSAGE (pkg-message file itself was removed in
  r199776 12 years ago) and add missing USES+=sdl while I'm here

e897ec8f2e Update to Wine 4.17. This includes the following changes: 
- New version of the Mono engine with upstream fixes.
 - Support for DXTn compressed textures.
 - Initial version of the Windows Script runtime library.
 - Support for XRandR device change notifications.
 - Support for generating RSA keys.
 - Various bug fixes.

2ec228123c Add compiler:c++11-lang to USES to fix build on GCC-based systems: 
/usr/local/include/qt5/QtCore/qglobal.h:45:25: error: type_traits: No such file or directory
  /usr/local/include/qt5/QtCore/qcompilerdetection.h:564:6: error: #error Qt requires a C++11 compiler and yours does not seem to be that.

e4c0bd396a Update to CentOS 7.7.1908. 
Put libdrm into a separate port so it can be kept at the CentOS 7.6 version.
The new version fails to detect graphics hardware on FreeBSD.
