009d225dd5 security/libssh2: 
- Convert to USES=libtool and USES=pathfix
- Add INSTALL_TARGET=install-strip
- Only depend on openssl if GCRYPT option is off
- Sanitize libssh2.pc

devel/libvirt:
- Remove workaround for broken libssh2.pc
- Add USES=libtool and bump dependent ports
- Convert to INSTALL_TARGET=install-strip

devel/libvirt-glib:
- Convert to USES=libtool

fa3a17c064 Remove indefinite articles and trailing periods from COMMENT, plus 
minor COMMENT typos and surrounding whitespace fixes. A few Makefiles
where not included as they contain Latin-1 characters that break
the Phabricator workflow. Categories P-S.

156a15db63 - Conditionalize PKGNAMESUFFIX and LATEST_LINK for sysutils/cfengine34 
if MASTERDIR is not set.[1]

- Add sysutils/cfengine back to INDEX.

- While here, add PKGNAMESUFFIX for other cfengine ports for consistency.
