f899c758a6 When there is a do-install target, do not use a post-install target, do 
everything at once.  Sometime, rename post-install into a options helper
target.

I did not fix ports that were such a mess that I could not figure out
what they really wanted to do.  I also did not change ports that had
some version of an auto-plist code in post-install, for the same reason.

21bc5c0345 Remove USE_SQLITE from bsd.databases.mk, replaced by USES=sqlite. 
While there replace USE_SQLITE=x by USES=sqlite:x.

a5185846f0 Bump PORTREVISION on all ports with USE_SQLITE=yes or USE_SQLITE=3 that 
have not been bumped yet after the latest libsqlite3.so library version
change.

6f9d598dba Provide mathematical, string and aggregate functions for SQL queries 
using the SQLite loadable extensions mechanism.

Math functions:

  acos, asin, atan, atn2, atan2, acosh, asinh, atanh, difference,
  degrees, radians, cos, sin, tan, cot, cosh, sinh, tanh, coth,
  exp, log, log10, power, sign, sqrt, square, ceil, floor, pi

String functions:

  replicate, charindex, leftstr, rightstr, ltrim, rtrim, trim,
  replace, reverse, proper, padl, padr, padc, strfilter

Aggregate functions:

  stdev, variance, mode, median, lower_quartile, upper_quartile
