Guido Falsi 90b054438b filesystems/gvfs: Use fuser(1) in place of lsof(1) by default 
- Import patch accepted upstream to allow using fuser(1) to check
  for busy mountpoints [1]
- Add option to allow choosing between fuser and lsof (fuser by
  default

This removes an hard dependency on lsof for this very commonly used
port.

Tijl Coosemans b6ec06f079 */*: Use C.UTF-8 locale 
Ports 02f27a83b4 fixed the ports tree to the C locale so it would work
correctly in environments where users use a locale that isn't compatible
with the C locale, e.g. xx_YY.UTF-8 where [A-Z] includes more than just
upper case letters.  USE_LOCALE was introduced to let ports use another
locale if they needed it.  The C.UTF-8 locale was created later on to be
mostly compatible with the C locale.

Switch the ports tree locale to C.UTF-8 and remove USE_LOCALE.  The
world has moved to Unicode so all ports either require it or know how to
build correctly in a Unicode environment.

Alan Somers c2aef36035 filesystems/pjdfstest: new port 
pjdfstest is a file system test suite to assess the correctness of file
system implementations in terms of POSIX compliance.  This port is for the
Rust rewrite of the sh-based original, which remains in contrib/ for
now.

Älven fbb3b9b62f filesystems/httpdirfs: 1.2.10 => 1.3.1 
* Since 1.2.11 (e50d690) upstream added core unit testing suite using
the Unity framework, which hadn't yet ported to FreeBSD. So commented
out it's inclusion in meson build manifest.
* Removed patches needed to build the port on i386 and with previous
versions of ftp/curl as it builds without them now.
