Fix nearby dates in MOVED to pass the pre-commit checks
Includes relevant fixes for FreeBSD from mainline development, but
otherwise identical to the upstream release.

FreeBSD related fixes on top of the upstream relese:
- Serviceability Agent: fix stack traces in threads.
- Serviceability Agent: simplify implementation of procadd_read_data to
read memory from process being traced.
- Serviceability Agent: symbol lookup would occationally fail for native
symbols in shared objects.

As the current MAINTAINER is no longer adding any support and all
wildfly versions are about to EXPIRE add this port. Please be informed
that this is still an older version of the port. There was a breaking
change in wildfly which I cannot recollect so I will need to test and
update. But in case someone quickly recollects the breaking version
number give me a heads up. Otherwise I will test and update soonish.
Adjust ports depending on expired versions of OpenJDK:
- biology/snpeff: 12+ -> 17+
- devel/RStudio: 12 -> 11
- www/closure-compiler: 13 -> 11+
Allow java/openjdk17 to use java/openjdk17-bootstrap on i386
too, this builds just fine on 13.1-i386
Remove jdk12-doc as it is no longer relevant.
Clean up Java version calculations in bsd.java.mk
