a33191366c Convert GMAKE to MAKE_CMD 
Please note that lots of invocation of MAKE_CMD here are wrong as they do not
properly respect MAKE_ENV and friends

bac404b95c Fix PLIST when DOCS is enabled and built with javadoc from java/openjdk7. 
Note it fails to build with java/openjdk8 and it is just a stopgap.
