fa3a17c064 Remove indefinite articles and trailing periods from COMMENT, plus 
minor COMMENT typos and surrounding whitespace fixes. A few Makefiles
where not included as they contain Latin-1 characters that break
the Phabricator workflow. Categories P-S.

d92add59e5 - update to 1.1.0 and bump shared libraries in respective ports 
- while here:
  - fix option check in sysutils/cfengine34
  - move devel/libvirt-glib to use glib20 in favor of gio-fam-backend (suggested by kwm@)
  - restore ABI version in net-mgmt/collectd5

156a15db63 - Conditionalize PKGNAMESUFFIX and LATEST_LINK for sysutils/cfengine34 
if MASTERDIR is not set.[1]

- Add sysutils/cfengine back to INDEX.

- While here, add PKGNAMESUFFIX for other cfengine ports for consistency.
