61de712f46 Remove all the bootstrap files (.bs) from the plists. 
Starting with perl 5.20, they're not installed any more if empty,
and on FreeBSD, they're (always ?) empty.

81797980f7 search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1: 
URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash).  After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.

portsurvey seems to time out on the old style
	http://search.cpan.org/search?dist=module, so this is a
	good time to convert all my ports to the new
	http://search.cpan.org/dist/module format.
