Mathieu Arnold dbbfc7889a GOOGLE_CODE has gone away. 
- If a port has another upstream, remove GOOGLE_CODE
- If a port only has GOOGLE_CODE mark it BROKEN

Some ports have a local mirror configured but for security reasons, it
is not considered upstream.

Rene Ladan 4e4178dab5 In preparation of removing devel/libusb (expires 2013-04-30), remove it 
from these ports.

Other changes:
- convert Makefile header
- convert to optionsNG
- remove indefinite article from comment
- drop support for FreeBSD < 8.0
- pet portlint (leave library ABI versions in LIB_DEPENDS)
- net-mgmt/spectools: change option name from GTK to GTK2 to use default
  description from bsd.options.desc.mk

Alexander Leidinger e3ea420424 Remove BROKEN, the Makefile revision which triggered the addition was 
older than the revision which got the BROKEN-mark. This should build
on sparc64 (all other osversions and architectures which exhibited the
same error do not show this error anymore as of this writting).
