Alexey Dokuchaev a3cc3730ee - Update `databases/iowow' to version 1.1.0 [*]

Tobias C. Berner 7bcff019f4 databases/qt4-mysql-plugin & databases/qt5-sqldrivers-mysql: fix build against mysql >= 8.0.1. 
From the mysql release notes [1]:

  Incompatible Change: The my_bool type is no longer used in MySQL source code.
  Any third-party code that used this type to represent C boolean variables should
  use the bool or int C type instead.

  Note
    The change from my_bool to bool means that the mysql.h header file now requires
    a C++ or C99 compiler to compile.

Matthew Seaman 5bb623bf7f * Review port dependencies based on composer.json files included in 
the source

  - Add hash as a required dependency [1]

  - Move xml from optional to required

  - Add curl, gmp, opcache and sodium as optional dependencies: all of
    these default to off.  sodium only works with php >= 7.2, but
    there is no mechanism for modifying options dependent on flavour
    settings at the moment.

  - Move mbstring from required to optional dependency: defaults to on

* Sort lists of options

* Remove references to the redundant 'OPTIONS_MULTI_DB_connect': this
  was a remnant from an earlier version of the port which allowed
  switching between the old 'mysql' and the current 'mysqli' modules.

* Add an empty %%WWWDIR%%/tmp directory to the plist: this is
  referenced in the configuration defaults [2].  Make this writable by
  the www group.

TAKATSU Tomonari b2c1bf29a6 - Add new port: databases/R-cran-RPostgreSQL 
Database interface and 'PostgreSQL' driver for 'R'. This package
  provides a Database Interface 'DBI' compliant driver for 'R' to
  access 'PostgreSQL' database systems. In order to build and install
  this package from source, 'PostgreSQL' itself must be present your
  system to provide 'PostgreSQL' functionality via its libraries and
  header files. These files are provided as 'postgresql-devel' package
  under some Linux distributions. On 'macOS' and 'Microsoft Windows'
  system the attached 'libpq' library source will be used.
