java/openjdk6 support was removed from Mk/bsd.java.mk (r512662) and
java/openjdk6 and java/openjdk6-jre were removed from the ports tree
(r512663). Now this patch completely removes remaining stuff from the
ports tree.

If portmgr@ needs to commit against better advise, two years after this was
first discussed without any motion of the upstream.
Drop a few more maintainerships along the way.

Remove any reference to bsdjava and freebsd Java Vendors, as the both are
outdated, have security issues and expired.
Mark icedtea6-stubs as broken as it doesn't build with any of the left supported
vendors.

For some reason, this didn't show up in first "port test".
Not bumping PORTREVISION after pkg-plist change because the build would
not succeed.

The Upstream maintainer removed docear.bat and docear.exe from *linux.tar.gz
file, chase that change. No other changes were observed when I compared the
original and the new tarball, and this matches the maintainer's statement at
https://sourceforge.net/apps/phpbb/docear/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=166#p438.
Docear â The Academic Literature Suite
Docear (pronounced dog-ear) integrates everything you need to search,
organize and create academic literature in a single application: a
digital library, reference manager, PDF and file manager, note taking
and mind mapping. And the best: Docear works seemlessly with many
existing tools like Mendeley, Microsoft Word, and Foxit Reader.
