Cy Schubert 80ca9972ad Remove the first site in the list. It no longer exists. 
Replace my komquats domain (named after a fictitious place in the
Edmonton Journal political cartoon 40-50 years ago), using my
newish domain name.

Make fetchable again.

Mathieu Arnold 60d1a83c2a MASTER_SITES cleanup. 
- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
  of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
  no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.

While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.

Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Satoshi Asami 4b07f0329b Change *_DEPENDS on lang/perl5 to USE_PERL5 so we won't have any 
dependencies to perl5 in -current.  This might cause some unwanted
perl5 installations on -stable (if it was originally RUN_DEPENDS,
perl5 will now be installed during build too, etc.), but its lifetime
is limited anyway.

Satoshi Asami c98cfd116d Compress a bunch of manpages. Remove unnecessary @ directives from

Note: I know that this is going to break some symlinks and/or .so
includes, I will back some of these out as I run into these during
package building.
