Tobias C. Berner 3baccf6612 print/harfbuzz: switch to release tarball 
Switch back to release archive as upstream now provides one, this also reduces
file size significantly.

There are minor differences in the tarballs.

Bump revision to ensure consistency.

Tobias C. Berner 28bac6ebdd Move some gnome@ ports to desktop@ 
As gnome@ is lacking active committers at the moment, transfer some of its
ports [1] up the stack to the desktop@ group, in hope that this way we get some
updates in as the set of people that "should feel responsible" grows.

As soon as gnome@ grows some committers again, this can (and should) of course
be reverted again.

[1] The list of ports chosen in this move consits of all the ports that are
required to build x11/kde5.

Jan Beich 319328752e print/harfbuzz: convert to USES=meson 
- Switch to Meson as autotools and manually uploaded distfile are no longer
  maintained. Both were gone in 2.7.0 but temporarily restored in 2.7.1
- Add option to exclude DOCS
- Drop now pruned transitive gettext dependency

Koop Mast c55c2fd15f Remove the hb-view utitilty from the main harfbuzz port and move it to it's 
own port. The hb-view utility is the only part of harfbuzz that requires
cairo. So now harfbuzz doesn't pull in x11 libraries or mesa via cairo,this
is usefull for ports that want to use harfbuzz but don't use or want x11.

Gerald Pfeifer ea8c8ec7da Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC 
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.

This includes ports
 - with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
 - with USES=fortran,
 - using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
 - with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
   c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now.
