Kurt Jaeger d560098f08 New port: sysutils/stressdisk 
This is a program designed to stress test your disks and
find failures in them.

- Use it to soak test your new disks / memory cards / USB
  sticks before trusting your valuable data to it.

- Use it to soak test your new PC hardware also for the same reason.

Dan Langille c9febb5611 Remove the Python option which was long-ago removed upstream. 
It's not documented in the 9.6 releases. Removal announcement:

November 07, 2020. KDE today announces the release of KDE Frameworks 5.76.0.

KDE Frameworks are 70 addon libraries to Qt which provide a wide variety of
commonly needed functionality in mature, peer reviewed and well tested
libraries with friendly licensing terms. For an introduction see the KDE
Frameworks release announcement.

This release is part of a series of planned monthly releases making
improvements available to developers in a quick and predictable manner.

Bump u-boot ports that depends on it.
While here update the metadata and pkg-descr for the allwinner64 family so
u-boot is put in an alternate location that doesn't conflict with GPT
partitions.
