74e26c97ce Fix mtree: the port creates an empty DATADIR. Lets define an empty 
list PORTDATA to take this directory into account. Well, the other way
is to add an appropriate line to TMPPLIST. But I like the former more.

61e09a045d . add license (GPLv2); 
. bump PORTREVISION;
. use PLIST_FILES and PORTDOCS;
. remove pkg-plist (7 lines);
. NOPORTDOCS -> PORT_OPTIONS:MDOCS;
. ${PREFIX}/share/doc/yaps -> ${DOCSDIR};
. use one line install command for two files;
. trim Makefile headers.

fully chrooted DESTDIR, which does not need such any more.
