. Don't use -p with ${MKDIR}, its the default.
. Define (if necessary) and use ${SORT}, ${CPIO} and ${FIND} rather than
hardwiring them as /usr/bin/sort, etc.
Apologies to sobomax for not asking for a review, I thought it important
to unbreak the port as quickly as possible.
