Note that the release distfile has a fatal flaw in it. It expects ADAGEN_LDFLAGS to be defined by the configure script and its not, so this substition was manually removed. While here, clean up pkg-plist with use of PORTDOCS definition and a nice PLIST_SUB to make it shorter and readable. Also, man page is always installed now instead of as a function of DOCS setting.
