extension is all that useful considering the ImageMagick- and
GD-based alternatives, but if it has to go, it will not be for
reasons of being "php-5.3 only".

While here change hard-coded default of /usr/share to ${LOCALBASE}/share,
define LICENSE and otherwise pet portlint.
