Kai Knoblich b6a614433f net/py-ldappool: Update to 3.0.0 ...

* Simplify Makefile by switching to USE_PYTHON=pytest and sort
  USE_PYTHON while I'm here.

* Update WWW to point to the actual upstream repository.
