David E. O'Brien e4e10e443f Minor Staroffice 5.2 fixes and addons for the english and german port.

- Remove non working MASTER_SITES
- Make Adabas installation optional with make WITH_ADABAS=YES
- Add a check for free disk space in Makefile
- Replace a "/usr/local" with $PREFIX, which should fix make $PREFIX=
- Replace german "umlauts" in the german port.
