Ying-Chieh Liao 94d56e77bd - Dont use gmake anymore

- Remove ugly do-configure and use Makefile.FREEBSD as the Makefile
  for the program
- Add do-install target
- Remove COPYING from installing into docs directory
  (as if we dont got enough copies of the GPL floating around)
- Sort pkg-plist
