Requires archivers/gzip. The gzip in FreeBSD doesn't support --rsyncable
flag. It requires a patch to use ${LOCALBASE}/bin/gzip.
Add TEST_TARGET.
Add LICENSE_FILE.
Switch to DISTVERSION.
