Alexander Leidinger 34e82e90bd Update to 0.8.7. ...

Changes:
 - all plugins support gzip and bzip2 compressed inputfile now
 - removed: input_flow, input_elmeg, input_hicom116, utput_sybase_guj,
            output_tkcontrol
 - use less memory
 - faster
 - some fixes
