This includes the following changes: - Options '--empty-error' and '--marking-error' removed. - Improved error handling. - New documentaton chapter 'Syntax of command-line arguments'. Drop GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX setting which is the default now since commit 9fd7ee1cdf6c. [1] Sort PLIST_FILES later in Makefile. [2] Also this now requires GNU make to build.
