Satoshi Asami f440390503 Add AUTO{CONF,MAKE}_{ENV,ARGS}. Among other things, this will fix 
audio/libao, audio/libogg, audio/libvorbis and audio/vorbis-tools
which need --add-missing to be passed to automake.
