- Convert to option helpers
- Convert to USES=localbase + respect CPPFLAGS
- Convert to USES=shebangfix (can be zsh->bash symlink)
- Simplify SLAVE_PORT conditionals into ?=, += and !target()
- Drop unnecessary `cd` before PGO sample
- Drop no longer necessary .include <bsd.port.options.mk>
