Thomas Zander 79a9a4c52f Separate cdrkit into cdrkit and genisoimage ...

Previously, cdrkit conflicted with cdrtools and dvd+rw-tools.
The split allows for genisoimage to be installed without removing
cdrtools and dvd+rw-tools.
