Changes since 4.4.2:

 - Added USE_ACTIVE_LOW_OUTPUT_FOR_SEND_PIN to make the software
   aware of send LED connected between VCC and send pin.

 - Fixed backward compatibility bug for printIRResultShort(3 params).
