Renato Botelho d5fb51e25e - Remove unecessary USE_X_PREFIX ...

- Respect NOPORTDOCS
- Use PORTDOCS and clean up a bit pkg-plist
- s/dirrm/dirrmtry/ to Themes, Pixmaps and Icons since x11-wm/windowmaker
  installs files in these dirs
- Bump PORTREVISION because of pkg-plist change
