Greg Lewis 5c0642d3ef . Tell the user all the files they will need up front, instead of telling

porky pies about what they have and prompting them one file at a time.
  This is a rewording and reworking (for jdk13) of the patch in the
  attributed PR by fenner@ (which is for jdk14).
