Gerald Pfeifer f90e22612a math/mpc: Update to MPC 1.2.1 ...

MPC 1.2.1 only fixes two bugs:
 - an intermediate overflow in asin,
 - an incompatibility problem with GMP 6.0 and before (where we have
   a newer version in the tree since 2017).
