Kai Knoblich 33aac4d650 archivers/deutex: Update to 5.2.3 ...

* Switch to official release tarballs as upstream provides them.

* Change from PORTVERSION to the preferred DISTVERSION to follow
  the PHB more closely.

* Remove GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX because it's no longer needed
  since 9fd7ee1cdf.
