Alexey Dokuchaev 9237f1a954 graphics/dust3d: update the port to version 1.1.6 ...

- GC no longer applicable patches, BROKEN_aarch64,
  and dependencies after CGAL-based mesh code was
  replaced with built-in algorithm (since version
  1.0.0-rc.7)
- Replace banal hand-rolled `do-configure' recipe
  with USES+=qmake, refine COMMENT text, etc.
- Install provided icon and .desktop file instead
  of specifying nearly identical DESKTOP_ENTRIES
