closing asynchronous
Reject invalid remote candidates with priority=0
Add missing mutex in tcp-bsd socket
Add buffer list support to nicesrc
Avoid dropping packing in nicesink, retry instead
Only create a new NiceCandidate if a socket can be opened, as it is
a somewhat costly operation.

Remove pkg-plist in slave port.
Does not work, setting PLIST_FILES does not empty the MASTERDIR

These two ports should probably use SUBPACKAGES.
