Hiroo Ono e9f8f7c74a net/linphone: update to 5.3.2 ...

- work around build failure on FreeBSD <15 (requires the XSI timezone
   symbol, not the old BSD one, cf. D44281)
 - work around build failure when git is installed
 - fix dependencies
