* Delete `extra-patch-sane-hostname` -- the file this was aimed at
no longer contains any code around hostnames.
* Update `extra-patch-mysql-microseconds` -- this had bit-rotted
somewhat, but could be recovered.
* New OPTION: BEATS -- accept a feed from any of the Elastic *beats
programs
* Fix a failure when running `autoreconf` from autoconfigure-2.72
(the default on FreeBSD) whereas upstream seems to be using
autoconfigure-2.71 successfully.
