- Remove unnecessary GUI_CONFIGURE_OFF and S2N_CONFIGURE_OFF -
  GUI_CONFIGURE_ENABLE and S2N_CONFIGURE_WITH cover them.
- Fix warnings from portclippy.
- Fix detection of the s2n in configure.
- Refresh patches.
